产品组成：Product composition
AUSCP SL500-Ⅱ由书芯输送机构、书芯前压紧、过胶烘干、增强烘干、书芯后压、输送带组成精装书芯过胶联动线，通过光电检测对系统实施在线控制。
AUSCP SL500-Ⅱ consists of book block feeding, fore pressing, gluing and drying, second drying, pressing, auxiliary delivery. The whole process is photoelectric controlled.
机组功能、特点：Unit functions, features

通过书芯输送机构，书芯按设定速度，自动完成逐本输送；
书芯前压紧可使书芯背部压平，排出书贴间空气，使书贴更加平实；
联动线具有对书芯震动闯齐输送功能；
自动上胶及过胶，上胶量可通过调节刮刀间隙进行调整，保持上胶量和粘度稳定；
烘干可控制书芯背部的胶液中的水份蒸发，使胶体粘度与牢固度达到最佳；本机具有4段热烘干，2段冷烘干；提高了生产效率；
书芯后压可使书芯背部粘连更加贴合，加强书芯书帖间相互接触粘连；
可与三面切书机构成完整的书芯成型线，能够逐本完成高精度的书芯裁切并输出到后续工作台。
